FWIW, the BOV on my Subaru is just inches up stream from my throttle body and WI nozzle. For nearly 6 years of daily driving, I have seen zero negative effects on that component as a result of what appears to be no exposure to washer fluid. A good system won't dribble off boost anyway, further eliminating the potential for damage.
